4. Hygiene and Safety

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, sprayed, tested, damaged, or tampered fragrance, body care, beauty, or personal care products unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

5. Return Conditions

Returned items must be:
